IJMC - Why Guys Like Gals

And, in my more politically correct phase, here's the counterpart to last 
night's post...and I think it's a little more truthful...but who am I to 
judge anyway. I'm just a guy...course, I'm just a guy with a mailling 
list, not everyone can claim that. Not everyone would want to either... 
but anyway...tonight's for drinking (remember, drink responsibly...don't 
drink and drive, it's not as safe as sleeping with whomever you drink 
with!). Hey, I only said "more politically correct", not "politically 
correct." And on that note, here's a message from our founder, live and 
direct from the International Junk Mail Clearinghouse corporate campus!

Man...Dave, it's been _years_ since I sent one of these out live.  And
back when I sent them out, they were much less...uhm..."family oriented."
Yeah, that's it.  (Elizabeth, if you ever go look at the "Orphan Annie"
page, please, please, please...never show your parents.)  I must admit,
it feels kinda nice to be addressing all of you again, especially since
the readership has grown exponentially since I last did this.  I hope
that all of you have enjoyed being a part of this crazy thing called
the IJMC, and I want to thank you.  I also want to thank Dave, for
taking over when I got bored and actually doing something with it.  =)
And now, before I cross over into "non-family friendly," here's the post.
Oh yeah!  I'm starting a new list, called "Rant Along With Michael Ivey"

A Few Reasons Why Guys Like Gals ?

  

   1.Actually ... just the way they kiss you ... 
   2.Because of the way that they are always right about those things
     that you are always wrong about. 
   3.Because of the way their eyes light up when they laugh and smile. 
   4.Because she is who she is, for her as a person, I don't know what
     else to say ... 
   5.Because they become your best friend when you need one. 
   6.How cute they are when they argue 
   7.How cute they are when they eat 
   8.How cute they look when they sleep 
   9.The ease in which they fit into our arms 
  10.The way a woman always apologizes for talking too much, when all
     you want to do is hear her voice 
  11.The way her eyes look back at you when you're staring deep into
     them. 
  12.The way her hand always finds yours 
  13.The way her smile makes you feel like the only man on earth. 
  14.The way she asks you to hold her tight because she's cold. 
  15.The way she doesn't believe you when you tell her she looks great
     in the morning. 
  16.The way she fits perfectly in your arms. 
  17.The way she says "lets not fight anymore" even though you know that
     an hour later ... 
  18.The way she snuggles up to you in bed. 
  19.The way their heads always find the right spot on our shoulder 
  20.The way their tears make you want to change the world so that it
     doesn't hurt her anymore ... 
  21.The way they fall into your arms when they cry 
  22.The way they fish for compliments even though you both know that
     you think she's the most beautiful thing on this earth 
  23.The way they fit like a glove when you hold them in your arms 
  24.The way they hit you and expect it to hurt 
  25.The way they hold you, and make you feel safe, no matter where you
     are at 
  26.The way they kiss you and all of a sudden everything is right in
     the world 
  27.The way they kiss when you do something nice for them 
  28.The way they kiss you when you say "I love you' 
  29.The way they look good no matter what they wear 
  30.The way they make you thank God for everyday you share together. 
  31.The way they say "I miss you" 
  32.The way they smile 
  33.The way they take hours to get dressed but in the end it makes it
     all worth while 
  34.The way you can't stop thinking about kissing her neck. 
  35.The way you feel when you know you would easily jeopardize yourself
     to protect her. 
  36.The way you feel when you see their name on the call display after
     you just had a big fight 
  37.The way you miss them 
  38.The way you wouldn't trade how you feel when you kiss them for the
     world. 
  39.Then the way they apologize for crying over something that silly 
  40.Then the way apologize when it does hurt .. (even though we don't
     admit it!) 
  41.They will always smell good even if its just shampoo 
  42.When everything seems wrong in the world, somehow they always
     manage to make it better 



Girls -you should be flattered, because whoever came up with this is
100% right. 

Guys -if you are human and you do not already have a girlfriend this
should make you want to scream at the top of your lungs "OH MY GOD I WANT A
GIRLFRIEND!!!!" 

Yet regardless if you love them, hate them, wish they would die or know
that you would die without them ... it matters not. Because once in your 
life, whatever they were to the world they become everything to you. When 
you look them in the eyes, traveling to the depths of their souls and you 
say a million things without trace of a sound, you know that your own 
life is inevitable consumed within the rhythmic beatings of her very heart. 

We love them for a million reasons, no paperwould do it justice. It is a
thing not of the mind but of the heart. A feeling. Only felt.
