IJMC - Archie Takes Down Veronica?

Nope, not a ftp vs. gopher war for you Internet oldtimers (proud to be 
one, btw), more of a "the stupidity of corporate America." Drop by the 
website...although it's mostly (9/10's) about the copyright case, it's 
still cute and a neat idea...                                    -dave

Archie Goes After Veronica

The publishers of the Archie comic strip have threatened legal action 
against David Sams, the father of 22-month-old Veronica, for registering 
a Web site under her first name--which she shares with an Archie comic 
strip character. The Los Angeles Times reported that Archie Comic 
Publications owns a trademark on the name Veronica and wants the Web 
site shut down. Veronica's Web site features photos of the toddler in a 
bathtub and in a high chair, her face smeared with baby food.
