IJMC - Gas Prices Nipping You in the Wallet

I suspect those in most other countries think Americans are foolish for 
complaining about the cost of gasoline. But hey, we like to complain as 
far as I can tell. So, when the price at the pump goes up a few cents, we 
start yelling at OPEC and anyone else we can find...yet, we still pay
