IJMC - My Lucky Number 17

Talk about your long days. Sixteen miles on the bike. Who knows how many 
miles chasing a lacrosse ball around. Who knows how many feet chasing a 
frisbee around. Chicken, wine, and good company. Brunch. Helping dad. 
Lots of stuff for one day. Sundays are really becoming my favorite days 
of the week now that I'm like doing stuff I enjoy on them! Amazing how 
doing things you like works so well. Of course, that's opposed to how I 
used to just be a lazy bum just sitting around letting others entertain 
me on Sundays. Activity, movement, good people. All good.          -dave
