IJMC - Quoted For a Day

Our correspondent at CNN sends these occasional quotes of a day. However, 
since I do not receive 365 of them, I only send some of them along. Now 
then, if you will, recall game I mentioned that is sucking up too much 
of my spare time (eh, I have spare time?). The game is the new Command and 
Conquer and so a military quote seems duly appropriate.              -dave
